Job Description:
Construction Site Manager with residential construction experience, required for a well-established and growing civil engineering company based in the Leinster region. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities, for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a civil engineering or construction related qualification, or possess relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction with a minimum of 3 years in a site manager or foreman role.
- Strong technical ability along with proficient problem-solving skills.
- Adept in programme and resource management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards on site.
- Assist in the production of method statements and risk assessments.
- Management and coordination of all site activities, direct labour and subcontractors.
- Maintaining daily site records.
- Liaise with the commercial team in relation to progress and programme.

Job Description:
Quantity Surveyor required for a well-established and growing civil engineering Company based in the Leinster region. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities, for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of civil engineering contracts throughout the Leinster and Southeast Regions; Laois, Kildare, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow and Waterford. You will be self-motivated, possess excellent organisational skills and work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Proficiency with standard forms of contract, particularly Public Works Contracts.
- Adept with principal civils methods of measurement and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent standard of written and verbal English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Re-measurement and preparation of claim adjustments.
- Monitoring and tracking of project costs to completion.
- Compiling monthly progress applications and preparation of final accounts.
- Preparation of accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value.
- Procurement of sub-contracts and managing subcontractor accounts.
