Project Engineer/Setting Out Engineer

A Project Engineer / Setting Out Engineer is required to work on Civil Engineering projects being delivered in the Southeast Region. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities, for the right candidate. Minimum Requirements
- Hold a Civil Engineering or related qualification, or possess relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience on site setting out.
- Strong technical ability along with proficient problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of setting out equipment, GPS, robotic total station & levelling Equipment.
- Reasonably proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and commercial teams throughout the life cycle of works.
- Setting out and checking as works progresses.
- Carry out as built surveys and drawings.
- Progress reporting, costing and valuations.
- Maintaining detailed records.
- Retain a proactive approach to resolving technical difficulties or other challenges that may arise.
- Maintain key relationships with all stakeholders, site teams, support departments and clients.

Due to continued growth and expansion, a Project Manager is required to work on a variety of civil engineering and construction contracts throughout Ireland. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a Civil Engineering or related qualification or possess relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Project Management or equivalent role.
- Design & Build experience would be preferable.
- Knowledge and experience of water and wastewater contracts would be an advantage.
- Commercially and contractually astute.
- Strong technical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead the project and manage stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design process, raise RFI’s and review designs before finalisation.
- Progress reporting and upkeep of construction program.
- Leading design team meetings, site progress meetings and client liaison meetings as appropriate.
- Oversight of project delivery and construction related issues.
- Maintain key relationships with all stakeholders, site teams, support departments and clients / Employer Representative’s.
- Specialist subcontract and supplier engagement and management.

Commercial Manager
Commercial Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion Commercial Manager(s) are required to work on a variety of residential, civil engineering and construction contracts throughout the Leinster and Southeast Region.
Preferable Attributes:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent related qualification
- Relevant experience in residential, civil engineering or construction.
- Proficiency with standard forms of contract, particularly Public Works Contracts and preparation of claim adjustments.
- The main responsibilities of the role will be applied based on the experience of the candidate(s).

Finishing Foreman / Site Manager with house construction experience, required for a well-established and growing civil engineering and construction company based in the Leinster region. This is a full-time role with career progression opportunities, for the right candidate. The initial project is based in Carlow Town.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a Construction related Trade Qualification/Degree or possess relevant experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience in house construction and a minimum of 3 years in a Finishing Foreman/Site Manager role.
- Strong technical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead the project and various trades.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining health and safety standards on site.
- Day-to-day management and coordination of the site.
- Maintaining daily site records.
- Understanding of BCAR requirements, and arranging certification and compliance documentation (guidance provided if necessary).
- Liaise with the commercial team in relation to progress and programme.
- Work closely with our management team in a professional and friendly work environment.

Job Description:
Experienced Groundworkers required for a well-established and growing civil engineering company based in the Leinster region. This is a full-time role with an excellent package for the right candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in groundworks, roads, water, wastewater, ESB and utilities.
Positions Available:
- Crew Leaders for 2 to 6 person Crews.
- Concrete & tarmac reinstaters.
- Pipe layers.
- Traffic management operatives with valid 3 day SLG card.
- 180º and 360º Excavator Operators. Truck License would be an advantage.
